Executing a checklist

From the Continuity Kits landing page, accessible from the left menu, click on one of your existing kits You'll be redirected to this kit summary.

Resume a checklist

  • If there are any already existing checklists, they will be listed

  • Click on one of them to resume the checklist.

Execute a new checklist

  • Click on the Execute button
  • A new checklist instance will be created and you'll be redirected to it

Fill the steps

You'll be able to see the number of steps of the checklist and where you currently are. To fill a step, once you have executed the required tasks and provided the requested inputs, click on the checkbox.

In case some mandatory fields are missing or some data does not match the requested format, you will not be able to check the step.

Saving

  • Each time a box is checked or unchecked, the on going checklist is automatically saved
  • Otherwise, click on the Save button to manually save your changes

Export

You can export the checklist by clicking on the more action button (three dots button) then "Export".

  • In the case the checklist does not contain file inputs, it will download a PDF file on your computer
  • Otherwise, it will retrieve the files and download a .zip archive, containing the checklist as a PDF and the related files.

View mode

By clicking on the more action button (three dots button) you can choose between Display mode which can be Focused (default one) or Full

Focused mode only displays the current step of the checklist, providing a streamlined experience, while the Full mode displays the entire checklist with all steps visible on the page for a comprehensive overview.

When the checklist is complete, you'll be on the Full mode.
