Permissions
Your administrator is the one assigning you roles, which are associated to policies, granting your rights on resources.
Shall you not be allowed to perform actions, your administrator should be your first point of contact.
Asking for support
While we try to deliver you the best quality of software we can, bugs can always happen.
You can ask for support by sending an email to support@astran.io and we will happily investigate your issues.
Shall you encounter an error that is displayed on the screen we recommend you to send the associated details that you can find by clicking on the "Copy" button, next to the request ID.
For example, shall you encounter the following error:
Clicking the "Copy" button will result in having this copied into your clipboard.
