Requirements

Internet connection

We recommend a broadband internet connection with at least 2 Mbps upstream bandwidth for uploading large files. Check your upload speed on speedtest.net. If your upload speed is less than 2 Mbps, it will be difficult or impossible for you to upload files from the portal.

Operating system & resolution

An up-to-date operating system. We support Windows 7 and newer and Mac OS 13 and newer. Windows XP is not supported.

A minimum resolution of 1280 * 800 px is recommended. A higher resolution will give a better user experience.

Browser

An up-to-date web browser is required.

You will have the best experience with a Chromium-based browser such as Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer is not supported.
