Reset your Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps to retrieve access to your account.

Navigate to the Login Page​

Open the Continuity Cloud in your browser using the URL: https://<company_name>.explorer.astran.io/

If you are not already logged in, you should be redirected to the login page. Simply click the login button to go to the login form.

On the login form, you should see a link to reset your password.

Initiate Password Reset​

Once you have clicked on the "Forgot password" link, you will be redirected to another form that will ask for your login email. Enter it and submit the form.

Receive Password Reset Email​

The form should redirect you back to the login page, with a green notification inviting you to check your emails and follow the instructions on how to reset your password.

Final step​

You will receive an email with a link and instructions to follow. After carefully verifying the email containing the reset instructions came from Astran at your request, click the link in the email. If the link does not redirect to a webpage whose domain is or ends with "astran.io", do not complete the form and contact our support.

Note: The Reset Password process is very similar to the Update Password process from when the account was created. You will receive an email and will have to complete the form to "update" the password, just as you did during the first login.

You have now updated your password! Save it in a secure place, such as 1Password or BitWarden.
